What're you trying to do?
Take nice pictures, try to make some money.Can I join up?
Sure! Here's the way we function. Since we're a co-operative, existing members get to review a short portfolio of the candidate's work. (You can submit writing in addition to the pictures.) Then a majority vote decides whether we feel we can add you to the site. If yes, then happy days! We'll pay you on a monthly basis for anything by you which gets bought, minus our fixed charges and 10% overhead for hosting, etc. We're not in a position to sign formal contracts yet, so you'll have to trust us that this will happen.I liked X's picture so much, I'd like to ask them about some other work

Currently paypal does. Despite everything, they're the easiest and the quickest. There are numerous other options which could be looked at a later stage.
